Vendor Information & Application 

Vendor Applications will open April 1st for the 2027 Seaside SandFest;

chosen vendors will be announced by August 15th, 2027. ​

GUIDELINES FOR VENDOR PARTICIPATION:

Our SandFest vendors are an important part of the overall event atmosphere and easide SandFest's vendor program follow general safety, environmental, and operational guidelines common to coastal festivals. 

 

General Vendor Requirements & Rules

• Insurance: Most local merchants associations or city-hosted beach events require a general liability insurance certificate (often at least $1,000,000) with the organizing committee or city listed as an additional insured. [1]

• Setup & Logistics: Vendors must typically provide their own tables, chairs, and canopy weights (since beach winds require secure setup). Overnight security is rarely provided, making vendors fully responsible for their own merchandise. [1]. As Vendor Alley 

• Compliance: Vendors must adhere to local environmental ordinances, keep walkways/spectator aisles entirely clear, and pack out all trash and unsold goods daily.

• Seaside SandFest vendors will be open and ready for business at 9am, and will close when the gates do, 7pm Thurs/Fri/Sat and 5pm Sunday.  

• Vendors who do not hold to the above guidelines will not be asked back the following years.
